PromEnergo LLC has successfully completed the development of Basic Technical Solutions (BTS) for the construction of a new high-tech production and warehouse complex for a paint and coatings manufacturing plant in St. Petersburg.
The project provides production capacity of 50,000 tons per year, including façade, interior, and specialty paints and enamels, primers, and decorative plasters.
The Importance of Basic Technical Solutions
The development of BTS is a critical first stage of any capital construction project, defining all subsequent design and construction phases. Our engineering solutions established a strong foundation for an efficient, safe, and technologically advanced facility.
Scale and Key Facilities of the Complex
The total building footprint of the main production and utility facilities is 14,700 m². Within the framework of our BTS, PromEnergo specialists provided for all key components necessary for a fully autonomous and sustainable operation of the enterprise:
Main buildings: production and warehouse halls, administrative and utility building.
Technical facilities: dedicated rooms for ventilation units, heat supply stations (ITP), main switchboards (MSB), chillers, compressors, server equipment, and fire suppression control units.
Infrastructure: on-site boiler house, transformer substation, diesel generator station (DGS), and treatment facilities for stormwater, domestic, and industrial wastewater.
Safety systems: fire-fighting pump station, underground fuel storage tanks, and fuel unloading area.
Site layout: security checkpoint, utilities overpass, solid waste collection area, weighing station, and full perimeter fencing.
